Here’s a quick but interesting post from the Guardian‘s gardening blog. A few years ago I visited a remarkable rooftop garden in London, right above the busy streets of Kensington. (I must remember to share the photos.) I wish roof gardens were more widely implemented in the US, particularly in large cities.
I’m always fascinated by plants of which I’ve never heard, like the blue sausage tree (pictured below) and the toothache tree mentioned in the post.
